Cathy Kuindersma
B.Sc., N.D.
Cathy graduated from the University of Guelph in 1988 with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree. She then completed the four year program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 1993. After successfully completing her board exams in 1994, she started her naturopathic family practice in Georgetown and has been practicing in the community for the past 29 years.
Health is a reflection of one’s physical, emotional and spiritual balance. Cathy is committed to helping her patients overcome their obstacles to achieve this balance. Her goal is to inspire her patients to make changes in their health that will allow them to live full, healthy and happy lives.
Cathy has completed many advance courses including Bioidentical Hormones, Clinical Nutrition, Bio-therapeutic Drainage, Botanical Medicine, Integrative Oncology and Environmental Medicine to name a few. She continues to attend lectures, conferences and courses in order to stay current with naturopathic treatments and research. She successfully completed the prescribing requirements exam in 2015.
Cathy resides in Georgetown with her family. She loves the outdoors and will be found on the Bruce Trail most days when she is not in clinic.

Vaidehi Patel
B.Sc., N.D.
Vaidehi obtained the Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Prior to graduating from the 4 year naturopathic program, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from McMaster University in Hamilton.
Vaidehi uses the healing power of natural therapies to help you achieve your health goals. Through an individualized and detailed treatment plan, she addresses the root cause of your health concerns. Vaidehi creates a safe space for you to feel heard, understood, and empowered about your health. She is committed to supporting you through your health journey.
In her free time, Vaidehi enjoys hiking, reading spiritual books, playing badminton and spending time with her friends and family.

Sandy Charlton
B. Sc., CAT(C), D.O.M.P.
Sandy Charlton graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Certificate in Athletic Therapy from York University in 2002. She received her diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice from the Canadian College of Osteopathy in 2013. Over the years, she worked with a variety of sports teams.
Now her passion lies in osteopathy; helping the patient improve their health by listening to the patient and their body, to get to the root cause. Sandy has a particular interest in pediatrics, peri and post menopause, post trauma and surgical rehabilitation. She resides in Caledon with her husband and three children.

Gavin Fisk
D.O.M.P. (D.Sc.O.), C.Ac., R.M.T.
As an Osteopath, a practitioner of Contemporary Acupuncture and a Registered Massage Therapist, Gavin has been assisting individuals reach their highest level of health for over 15 years. He received his D.O.M.P. (D.Sc.O.) at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in 2022, completed his certificate in Contemporary Acupuncture in 2011 from McMaster University Health Sciences, and his RMT training at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2009.
Gavin has developed his practice specializing in Chronic Pain, Sport Injury, Concussions and Integration Therapy. With over a decade worth of experience with Vintage Hotels at the Mill Croft Spa, he also specializes in relaxation massage.
Gavin personally understands the importance of pain management and improving one’s physical health. As a former elite-level athlete, he skies, snowboards and participates in various water sports. He still makes time to challenge himself with competing at the International Masters level of wakeboarding. “I look forward to working with you at GNWC and supporting you on your journey to healthy living and inspiring you to your highest level of health.”
